Abstract

Claim 1: An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence selected from the group consisting of: (a) a polynucleotide that hybridizes to SEQ ID NO: 6 or SEQ ID NO: 8, or a complement thereof, under conditions of 5X SSC, 50% formamide and 42 ° C, where the polynucleotide encodes the polypeptide with phosphopanteteinyl transferase activity; (b) a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5 or SEQ ID NO: 7, and (c) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide with phosphopanteteinyl transferase activity and having at least 75% identity sequence with a polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5 or SEQ ID NO: 7.
