Abstract

Un artículo absorbente desechable adaptado para usar alrededor de la parte inferior del torso de un ser humano y que tiene una estructura, un componente principal reemplazable del nucleo absorbente dispuesto en la region de la entrepierna de la estructura y un componente secundario reemplazable del nucleo absorbente dispuesto en comunicacion capilar de líquidos con el componente principal reemplazable del nucleo absorbente. El componente secundario reemplazable del nucleo absorbente se puede retirar y puede sustituirse con un componente similar sin necesidad de quitar el artículo absorbente desechable del cuerpo del usuario. El componente secundario reemplazable del nucleo absorbente está dispuesto, al menos parcialmente, dentro de una cavidad formada por el componente principal reemplazable del nucleo absorbente y proporciona acceso para retirarlo y reemplazarlo a través de una abertura en un lienzo inferior o en un área en donde el lienzo inferior y un lienzo superior pueden estar separados. También pueden incorporarse otros componentes secundarios reemplazables del nucleo absorbente.
