Abstract
Un método para producir un derivado de 5-hidroxi-1-alquilpirazol representado por la formula general (3); donde R2 representa un grupo extractor de electrones, y R3 representa un grupo alquilo C1-6, caracterizado porque un compuesto beta-cetoéster representado por la formula (1) donde R1 representa un grupo alquilo C1-6, y R2 tiene el mismo significado dado anteriormente, se hace reaccionar con una alquilhidrazina representada por la siguiente formula (2) donde R3 tiene el significado ya indicado, bajo una condicion ácida.A method for producing a 5-hydroxy-1-alkylpyrazole derivative represented by the general formula (3); where R2 represents an electron extractor group, and R3 represents a C1-6 alkyl group, characterized in that a beta-ketoester compound represented by formula (1) where R1 represents a C1-6 alkyl group, and R2 has the same given meaning above, it is reacted with an alkylhydrazine represented by the following formula (2) where R3 has the meaning already indicated, under an acidic condition.
