Abstract

Un sistema de entrega de fármacos constituido por uno o más compartimentos y que comprende un compuesto progestagénico disuelto en un copolímero de polietileno acetato de vinilo termoplástico, donde si el sistema de entrega está constituido por un compartimento, el compartimento comprende: i) un nucleo de un copolímero de polietileno acetato de vinilo termoplástico que comprende el compuesto progestagénico, esta disuelto en el copolímero de polietileno acetato de vinilo hasta una concentracion inferior al nivel de saturacion a 25 degree C, y un compuesto estrogénico; y ii) un forro de un copolímero de polietileno acetato de vinilo termoplástico que cubre el nucleo, siendo dicho forro permeable para ambos compuestos; si el sistema de entrega está constituido por más de un compartimento, solo un compartimento comprende: iii) el compuesto progestagénico, cuyo compuesto progestagénico está disuelto en un nucleo de un copolímero de polietileno acetato de vinilo termoplástico hasta una concentracion inferior al nivel de saturacion a 25 degree C, y un compuesto estrogénico; y iv) un forro de un copolímero de polietileno acetato de vinilo termoplástico que cubre el nucleo, siendo dicho forro permeable para ambos compuestos. Reivindicacion 15: Uso del sistema de entrega de fármacos de las reivindicaciones 1-12, caracterizado porque sirve para la fabricacion de un kit anticonceptivo o un kit para terapia de reemplazo hormonal.
