Abstract

Un artículo absorbente interlabial configurado para colocarlo principalmente dentro del vestíbulo de una usuaria, que incluye una hoja de cubierta generalmente permeable al líquido, una hoja inferior generalmente impermeable al líquido, y un material absorbente colocado entre la hoja de cubierta y la hoja inferior. La hoja inferior posee una velocidad de transmisión de vapor de agua de por lo menos alrededor de 20% de una velocidad de transmisión de vapor de agua de la hoja de cubierta. La hoja de cubierta y dicha hoja inferior pueden tener un desajuste del ángulo de contacto menor que alrededor de 25%. El material absorbente puede poseer una densidad mayor que la del agua. Tras haberlo desechado mediante una descarga de agua, el artículo posee una flotación neutral inical, y en forma subsiguiente se hunde durnate un período de alrededor de 7 días después de haber sido desechado mediante una descarga de agua.
