Abstract
Un junta tubular estanca comprende inicialmente un primer elemento tubular macho (EM) provisto de un roscado macho (FM), de un primer labio anular (L1), con una primera superficie de tope axial (SB1), una primera superficie interna (SI1) y una porción de una primera superficie externa (SE1), y de una segunda superficie de tope (SB2), así como un segundo elemento tubular hembra (EF) que posee un roscado hembra (FF), homólogo del roscado macho (FM), un segundo labio anular (L2), con una tercera superficie de tope (SB3), una segunda superficie externa (SE2), ubicada en frente de la primera superficie interna (SI1), y una segunda superficie interna (SI2), y una cuarta superficie de tope axial (SB4) que permite el apoyo de la primera superficie de tope (SB1) y que define especialmente con la segunda superficie externa (SE2) un alojamiento anular (LO) homólogo del primer labio (L1). La segunda (SB2) y tercera (SB3) superficies de tope son inicialmente cónicas y presentan inclinaciones de ángulos prácticamente idénticos a fin de permitir, al momento del atornillado, el apoyo de la segunda superficie de tope (SB2) contra la tercera superficie de tope (SB3) induciendo a un primer contacto de cierre radial estanco de la primera superficie interna (SI1) o externa (SE1) contra la segunda superficie externa (SE2) o la tercera superficie interna (SI3), luego al momento de una expansión diametral en el campo de la deformación plástica con la ayuda de una herramienta de expansión de desplazamiento axial, obligar a la primera superficie externa (SE1) y la tercera superficie interna (SI3) a definir localmente un segundo contacto de cierre y estanco.
