Abstract

Un procedimiento para identificar personas que, partiendo de los métodos conocidos de reconocimiento a través de las huellas dactilares, las clasifica según el método Vucetich, convierte las mismas en códigos alfanuméricos y posteriormente convierte a estos en códigos de barras. Para ello se vale de una cuadrícula o plantilla propia en donde se determinan los puntos característicos de la huella dactilar, los que luego son codificados a través de técnicas de reconocimiento de patrones, lo que deriva en información alfanumérica selectiva en forma de código. Una vez obtenido el código alfanumérico, el sistema de conversión que posee la disposición que se utiliza en dicho procedimiento, la transforma en un código de barras magnético. Asimismo, el procedimiento también puede identificar a una persona convirtiendo su código genético (previamente extraído su ADN) a códigos de barras. Todo el procedimiento se lleva a la práctica a través de una disposición especialmente configurada a tal efecto, consistente en un scanner digital, un lector láser para códigos de barras, una computadora, una base de datos que puede estar en un servidor separado y una impresora láser.
