Abstract
Fenestración con medios intrínsecos de obturación selectiva, incorporada a un cuerpo tubular y empleado en intervenciones cardiovasculares, que incluye dotar a una porción del lateral de dicho cuerpo tubular con una primer superficie saliente abovedada proyectante fuera del mismo, la cual en su extremo inferior tiene una fenestración. Esta primer superficie intersecta al cuerpo tubular describiendo un perímetro cerrado de forma sustancialmente ovalada. Internamente a dicha primer superficie y enfrentando a la misma se dispone una segunda superficie abovedada la cual tiene en su extremo superior una abertura que comunica con el interior del cuerpo tubular, presentando ambas superficies así enfrentadas idénticas secciones transversales e idéntico desarrollo, siendo ambas superficies vinculadas entre sí alrededor de dicho perímetro, pudiendo la segunda superficie deformarse elásticamente alrededor de dicho perímetro, hasta cambiar el signo y sentido de su convexidad. En la posición de ambas superficies con sus convexidades enfrentadas y de signos contrarios, se establece entre ambas superficies un pasaje que comunica el interior del conducto tubular con el exterior al mismo determinando este pasaje entre ambas superficies una derivación del caudal principal pasante por el interior del cuerpo tubular, mientras que en la posición de ambas superficies con sus convexidades del mismo signo, ambas superficies abovedadas se hallan mutuamente adosadas y en contacto con una relación de sello, obturando al mismo tiempo tanto las correspondientes aberturas en cada una de dichas superficies y se elimina el pasaje entre las mismas, eliminándose la derivación citada. La segunda superficie abovedada posee medios de enganche que proyectan desde la misma hacia el interior del cuerpo tubular.
