Abstract

Se revelan instrumentos para la inserción de implantes ortopédicos, para guiar con precisión un implante de fijación de fractura en un hueso fracturado, para promover la curación. Los instrumentos para la inserción de implantes comprenden un asidero de inserción para la implantación de un primer implante de fijación, un brazo apuntador para guiar con precisión un segundo implante de fijación en el hueso, un manguito de guía para la protección de los tejidos blandos y para el control traslacional y rotacional del segundo implante de fijación, y un vástago de impulsión con un tornillo de acoplamiento para fijarse al segundo implante de fijación y para impulsar el segundo elemento de fijación a través del brazo apuntador y el manguito de guía en el hueso fracturado.
