Abstract

Comprende un primer paso de seleccion de una cantidad suficiente de microesferas huecas descartando las rotas o deformadas; un tercer paso de descarga de las microesferas huecas seleccionadas en una extrusora y su mezclado con los componentes de un material plástico y un cuarto paso donde la mezcla es derivada a una boquilla vinculada a un cabezal de extrusion y es extrudada en caliente sobre un tubo o porcion de tubo a revestir. La capa del recubrimiento aislante aplicada presenta un coeficiente de conductividad térmica menor a 0,13 W/m oK en condiciones de alta presion hidrostática.El primer paso comprende a su vez una primera etapa de separacion por pasaje de una pluralidad de microesferas huecas por un medio líquido; una segunda etapa de recuperacion de las microesferas huecas sanas y una etapa final de secado de las microesferas huecas recuperadas.
