Abstract

Se provee un proceso para la produccion de ciclohexano por medio de la hidrogenacion de benceno donde el reactor se opera a una presion en la que, lamezcla de la reaccion bulle a una presion parcial baja de hidrogeno dentro de un rango entre alrededor de 0,1 psia a menos de 200 psia a una presion sobrecabeza entre 0 y 350 psig. Se provee el catalizador como una estructura de destilacion catalítica de manera tal que la reaccion ocurra concurrentemente con ladestilacion. El benceno se alimenta enun punto superior al lecho y se alimenta el hidrogeno por debajo del lecho. Todos los sobre-cabeza se pueden regresarcomo reflujo para proveer el enfriamiento dentro del lecho del catalizador.
