Abstract

Dispositivo ortopédico para la correccion gradual de miembros para la gradual correccion de defectos angulares y longitudinales en los huesos largos, quecomprende por lo menos un primer morsete (3) para un primer grupo de tornillos insertables enuna porcion cercana del hueso, y por lo menos un segundo morsete(5,40) para un segundo grupo de tornillos insertables en una porcion distal del hueso, una barra de guía (2)longitudinal externamente posicionada al miembro aser corregido, parasoportar de slizablemente dichos morsetes (3, 5, 40) por lo menos uno de dichos morsetes es selectivamente orientable alrededor de un ejesustancialmente transversal para efectuar correcciones angulares en el hueso. Se provee medios de compresiontraccion movible mente acoplables con dichosmorsetes para lograr correcciones longitudinales del hueso. El morsete orientable (3) posee medios de ajustes angulares (14) en un plano geométricopredeterminado, al igual que medios transversales (22) delgrupode tornillos de hueso (4) portados por dicho morsete paralelo a los mismos para compensar el movimiento lateral inducido por la correccion angular.
