Abstract
Un procedimiento para el tratamiento de cargas minerales con un compuesto fosfato, cargas minerales tratadas, suspensiones de cargas minerales en polioles,premezclas de cargas minerales, uso de las premezclas, espumas de poliuretano y poliuretanosco mpuestos que las incorporan y objetos moldeados quelos incorporan. Las cargas minerales obtenidas, más particularmente las cargas minerales del tipo de carbonato, hidroxido, silicato, sulfato, y cargasminerales análogas, pueden ser utilizadas enel s ector de la fabricacion de espuma de poliuretano. El procedimiento para el tratamiento de cargasminerales y granulometría particular con ayuda de agentes de tratamiento del tipo de fosfato orgánico incluye una etapa de desaglomeracionyeventualmente una etapa de seleccion con el fin de mejorar las técnicas de fabricacion de espumas de poliuretano ya sea por espumacion sinauxiliar de dilatacion, o con un auxiliar de dilatacion tal como CO2 y de poliuretanos compuestos que reducenel tiempo de mez cla de la cargaasí tratada con el poliol y de los otros reactivos. Las aplicaciones de las cargas minerales son numerosas: para espumas en bloque o espumas moldeadas,para colchones y análogos, para la industria automotriz, diversaspiezas industriale s, etc.
