Abstract

Dispositivo para introducir una cuchilla en espiral en una clavo para hueso, que comprende un estribo (1), un orificio pasante (5) desde el ladointerior (3) hasta el lado exterior (4) colocado en un extremo (2) del estribo (1), un casquillo guía (8)con un eje central (18) sujetado alorificio (5) en forma coaxial, y un mandril (9) deslizante en el casquillo guía (8). La cuchilla en espiral (12) está colocada en el extremoanterior (10) del mandril (9) de manera que se puede soltar. El mandril(9) sobre su superficie periférica (17) y el casquillo guía (8) en el orificio(70) están provistos de elementos (50; 51) que encastran entre sí, de modo que el mandril (9) en el orificio (70) del casquillo guía (8) solo puedemoverse en direccionhelicoi dal en direccion del eje central (18). También coaxial con respecto al mandril (9) podrá colocarse segun se requiera uncasquillo protector del tejido (30) deslizante en forma axial.
