Abstract
Método para fabricar una cinta de acero de alta resistencia, por el cual el acero líquido se vierte en al menos una máquina de fundicion continua de uno omás elementos hasta obtener una plancha, que, utilizando el calor de fundicion, es transportadapor la instalacion de horneado hacia la instalacion deprelaminado donde se prelamina y por una instalacion de laminado final donde se lamina, hasta obtener una cinta de acero del espesor final deseado, y con elcual por un proceso continuo, sin fin osemi sin fin, la plancha se prelamina, principalmente en la zona austenítica de la instalacion de prelaminado y selamina en la instalacion de laminado final en la zona austenítica o en al menos un punto de la instalacion final en la zona de dosfases austenítica-ferrítica,y la cinta laminada austenítica o austenítica-ferrítica, luego de salir de la instalacion de laminado final, se enfría rápidamente para obtener la estructuradeseada.
