Abstract
Un método para controlar una potencia de transmision de una disposicion de comunicaciones, en el cual un mecanismo de control de potencia de enlacadirecto en una estacion remota (6) mide los bits de control de potencia de enlace inversol que son transmitidos por una o más estaciones base (4a, 4b, 4n)en un canal de tráfico directo (10a). En la estacion remota (6) los bits de control de potencia de enlace inverso de las estaciones base multiples (4a, 4b,4n) o trayectorias de senales multiples se miden, combinan y filtran para producir una medicion mejorada de la calidad de senal de enlace directo. Losbits de control de potencia de enlace inverso (12a, 12b) que se consideren no confiables se omiten del uso en el bucle de control de potencia. La estacionremota (6) genera un conjunto de bits de control de potencia de enlace directo de acuerdo con las mediciones y transmite estos bits a todas las estacionesbase (4a, 4b, 4n) en comunicacion con la estacion remota (6). Cadaestacion base (4a, 4b, 4n) ajusta su ganancia del canal de tráfico directo (10a) deacuerdo con la medicion del bit de control de potencia de enlace directo. Las ganancias de los canales de tráfico directo (10a) de las estaciones base (4a,4b, 4n) se corrigen periodicamente de modo que no se acumule la recepcion erronea de bits de control de potencia de enlace directo. La invenciontambién propone un aparato para llevar a la práctica dicho método, un controlador para una estacion base de una disposicion controlada por dichométodo y una estacion remota para dicha disposicion.
