Abstract
Se trata de una disposicion de elementos (aparato electronico, parlantes, control remoto, mojones y carteles con luces) basadas en: un aparatoelectronico encargado de sincronizar el funcionamiento de dichos elementos entre sí y con unsemáforo existente y emitir una tanda de mensajes de vozhumana y tonos de audio, sincronizados con las luces rojas del semáforo vehicular, los mensajes son pregrabados en una memoria electronica y daninformacion sobre tiempos, iniciacion,transcurso y cierre del cruce de cada arteria. Se vigilan las luces rojas del semáforo vehicular con el objeto deemitir mensajes de falla y actualizar en tiempo real mensajes y tonos de audio por eventuales variaciones en el ciclo de encendido dedichas lám paras. Sesincroniza además el encendido de senales luminosas ubicadas en carteles de alerta a automovilistas en correspondencia con los mensajes emitidos.
