Abstract
En un procedimiento para la reduccion directa de material granular que conthierro por un proceso de lecho fluidizado, se introduce un gas de síntesis comoen varias zonas de lecho fluidizado dispuestas consecutivamente en serie para elreductor,siendo el gas reductor conducido de una zona de lecho fluidizado a otrlecho fluidizado en contracorriente con respecto al material granular. Dicho matse ajusta a una temperatura menor que entre 400sC y 350sC, o mayor que entre 580650sC, o bien seajusta un a temperatura desde 400sC a 580sC en la primera zona dfluidizado, recorriendo con un ajuste de temperatura por debajo de 400sC, la zontemperatura entre 400sC y 580sC en la zona de lecho fluidizado que sigue a la prde lecho fluidizado endireccion de la corriente del material granular dentro de10 y 5 minutos, y recorriéndose con un ajuste de temperatura por encima de 580sCtemperatura entre 400sC y 580sC dentro de un período máximo entre 10 y 5 minutospermaneciendo con un ajuste detemperatura en la zona de 400sC a 580sC, el matergranular dentro de esa zona de temperatura durante un máximo de 10 y 5 minutos,zona de lecho fluidizado siguiente después de alcanzar la temperatura deseada.
