Abstract

Se refiere a composiciones de gel para el tratamiento del aire. El objeto es la preparacion de geles de tratamiento de aire que comprenden enun medio acuoso, por lo menos un agente volátil de tratamiento del aire y un agente gelificante polimérico que consiste esencialmente de goma de algamarina, guar o derivados de guar y, opcionalmente, polímeros solubles en agua no sulfatados, donde la densidad a granel de la composicion es mayor queaproximadamente 0,9. Los geles son suficientemente rígidos para ser estables por sí mismos, y suficientemente flexibles para resistir el desmoronamiento ola fractura. Exhiben baja sineresis, buena resistencia al congenlamiento/ derretimiento y buena estabilidad en almacenamiento.
