Abstract
Dicha protesis comprende un cuerpo protésico (b) sobre cuyos paramentos internos (2) están distribuidos y fijados una pluralidad de conectores (4) que,por una parte, tienen conectados respectivos cables semiflexibles (b) terminados en extremos de comando rotativos estracorporeos (9), mientras que,por otra parte, son atravesados por respectivos espirales de sutura (6) comandados por dichos cables semiflexibles (b). Una vez producida la expansiondel cuerpo protésico (b), susparamentos externos (3) resultan adosados contra las paredes vasculares (1). Con esta disposicion, el accionamiento rotativo delos cables semiflexibles (c) permite que los extremos de penetracion (6) de las espirales (6) atraviesen las paredes vasculares (5). Esta penetracion serealiza hasta que los extremos de anclaje (7) de las citadas espirales (6) hacen tope contra las bases (4) de sus respectivos conectores (4). De estemodo se produce una firme union entre conducto vascular (a) y cuerpo protésico (b).
