Abstract
Un producto útil para recuperar y mantener niveles de glucosa fisiológicamente aceptables en personas afectadas de diabetes insulino-no-dependientes, procedimiento para obtener el producto, composiciones alimenticias ycompo siciones farmacéuticas basadas en el producto, donde elproducto comprende la biomasa lisada, proveniente del cultivo de especies selectivas del género Arthrobacter. Dicho producto que contiene todos loscomponentes de las célulascultivadas v,gr . lípidos, proteínas enzimas etc. cultivadas desintegradas, ha demostrado ser útil para mantener niveles séricosde glucosa, fisiológicamente aceptables, cuando son ingeridos formando parte de alimentos especialmente, tales comolácteos, jugos de frutas, bebidasanalcohólicas en general o clínicamente dosificados en formulaciones orales. La invención también está relacionada con un producto para preparar el productolisado, cultivando bacterias del género Arthorbacter, talcomo A. oxydans y A. pascens y lisado posterior de las células cultivadas recolectadas, descartandoel líquido sobrenadante. También comprende las composiciones alimencias y formulaciones clínicas que incluyen el producto lisado.
