Abstract

Aspartame que tiene partículas menores de 100 um, puede ser depositado sobre un material de soporte comestible, mediante el mezclado en forma seca,en cantidades que exceden claramente el 10% en peso, si el aspartame tiene una densidad agra nel libre de 350 kg/m3 o inferior, y se obtiene a través,sucesivamente, cristalización desde un medio acuoso con convección forzada, granulación y reducción mecánica subsecuente, siendo el mezclado efectuadoen una relación de peso deaspartame y material de soporte de como máximo 1:1, pero no menos de 1:30.
