Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un procedimiento para la hidrogenación de iminas con hidrógeno a presión aumentada en presencia decatalizadores de iridio que contienen ligandos de disfofina, con o sin disolvente inerte, donde la mezcla de reacción contiene un cloruro, bromuro oioduro de amonio soluble o de metal soluble caracterizado porque la mezcla de reacción contiene adicionalmente por lo menos un ácido sólido exceptointercambiadores iónicos. Es posible alcanzarrendimientos óptimos y altas conversiones químicas con una buena capacidad de separar al catalizador.
