Abstract
Aparato para fabricar material a granel calcinado, en especial clínquer de cemento. El material a granel que cae del horno rotatorio (21) es refrigeradoen un reactor (23), extrayendo del material a granel caliente la entalpía necesaria para gasificar un combustible con vapor de agua. El gas de combustióngenerado durante la reacción de gasificación es aprovechado para el calcinado del material a granel en el horno rotativo. El aire de combustión necesariopara el calcinado se calienta previamente mediante el enfriamiento posterior del material a granel caliente. El reactor está construido como parte del hornorotatorio con un diámetro ensanchado y dispuesto directamente delante del extremo de salida del horno rotatorio. El dispositivo (34) para insuflar elvapor de agua puede estar construido a modo de placa. El punto de carga del combustible puede encontrarse en la zona de entrada del material a granelcaliente en el reactor. Se obtiene un ahorro térmico importante, se realiza el enfriamiento final del clínquer con una masa única de aire de combustión, sepuede mejorar la calidad de clínquer, incrementando su blancura, y el horno rotativo es más corto.
