Tinka van Vuuren
I have a endowed professorship in Strategic Human Resource Management, i.e. Vitality Management at the Open Universiteit of the Netherlands funded by Loyalis. My research interests include sustainable careers, employability, workability, vitality, work and health policies, sickness absence, job insecurity, active aging and mobility. Since 2006, I work as an organisational psychologist for Loyalis, a brand of a.s.r., a Dutch insurance company . I advise and conducts research for public and private organisations.
