“Headspace has made a tremendous difference in my life. I reach for the app first thing in the morning to set the tone of my day, when I need a pick-up or a quiet moment during the day, and to help me drift off to sleep at night.”
“Both coaches I’m working with were very helpful. They had two different approaches but they made me feel very comfortable and provided me with many useful tools to deal with the stress and anxiety I have. I am in a much better place now thanks to them and I have the tools to help me continue on the right path.”
“My therapist is amazing! She has empowered me with many actionable exercises and tools that I can employ in difficult situations. I’ve spoken to her about topics I have never discussed in therapy before, and she always makes me feel seen, heard, and understood–what more would you want from a therapist.”
