Abstract
This article is a tribute to Harry J. Keegan (11 October 1903 to 19 April 1968)
prepared by two of his close associates at the National Bureau of Standards. The
significance of his scientific and academic careers is reviewed, and a
substantially complete collection of references to his works is presented.
