Farideh Firoozbakht  (March 18, 1962 – Dec 24, 2019)

We were saddened here at the Encyclopedia to learn of the loss of one of our contributors and editors, Farideh Firoozbakht. Farideh was a researcher and teacher at the University of Isfahan and the Isfahan Mathematics House, known among other things for her conjecture on the gaps between prime numbers.

I was born in 987+654+321 in Isfahan, Iran.
