COMMENTS

a(n) tells which number in array A255551A255127 (constructed from LuckyLudic sieve) is at the same position where n is in array A255127A255551 (constructed from LudicLucky sieve). This permutation fixes all even numbers because both arrays have A005843 as their topmost row.
