EXAMPLE

a(5)= 31: It is 11th = prime, included in sequence because (11) is a term: prime(11) + 2*11 = 31 + 22 = 53, which is also prime.

a(10)= 89: It is 24th = prime, included in sequence because (24) is a term: prime(24) + 2*24 = 89 + 48 = 137, which is also prime.
