Vaclav Kotesovec: If the file by  Maslanka is available somewhere, it would be a good idea to put a link here, so we can verify it.

Artur Jasinski: Krzysztof Maslanka have not published Mathematica algorhitm to generate only signs of Stieltjes A114523 and will be good to publish them at A114523 but is more than 30 lines and uses saddle point method.
