For s>1, zeta(s, 1/4) - zeta(s, 3/4) = (-1)^s*(PolyGamma(s-1, 1/4) - PolyGamma(s-1, 3/4))/(s-1)! = 2*(-1)^s * PolyGamma(s-1, 1/4) / Gamma(s) - 2^s*(2^s - 1)*zeta(s) = 4^s * DirichletBeta(s).
