Chadwick Gaylord Smith (født 25. oktober 1961 i St. Paul, Minnesota, USA) er en amerikansk trommeslager.
Smith spiller trommer i det amerikanske rockebandet Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chickenfoot og Chad Smith's Bombastic Meatbats i tillegg til å ha deltatt i flere prosjekter og har vært studiomusiker for flere andre artister.
I 2012 ble han innlemmet i Rock and Roll Hall of Fame som medlem av Red Hot Chili Peppers.
