I think the reason why the 3rd one feels off is that the hierarchy's all over the place. 1 and 2 are my favs. 1 has more visual interest, but 2's layout is more easily 'digestable'

Website's been updated with new navbar. Was worried with accessibility n' stuff, but I made it work. Pretty proud of the new bar.
