Michael Bordieri
Dr. Michael Bordieri is an assistant professor of psychology at Murray State University. He completed his psychology residency at the Mississippi Psychology Residency Training Program and earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Mississippi. He earned a B.S. in psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.S. in behavior analysis and therapy at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. His research interests broadly fall under the umbrella of translational work linking acceptance and mindfulness treatment components to basic behavioral processes. More specifically, he is interested in the development and refinement of Relational Frame Theory (RFT) based behavioral measures that target processes posited by the psychological flexibility model.
