This is caused by the lack of a fast and effective system for doing the task. Few elections passed, and the said processes are done in a manual process. Recently, the Commission on Election launched an online precinct search and verification system but, the system failed to perform according to what is needed because it collects many user data the query proceeds and is very dependent on an internet connection which made it less usable in areas with poor internet connection. The mentioned gaps made the researchers think about how to improve the current system and make it more usable particularly in areas with poor internet connection. Using the Agile:Scrum methodology of software engineering, the researchers interviewed the election officer assigned in the town of Candijay. According to the election officer, having a system that would be able to search names, precinct numbers, and sequence numbers and verify voting status that runs without depending on an internet connection is the best solution to fasten the process and lessen voter congestion. The Voter's Poll Precinct Search system has been developed based on the statements of the election officer and the current system. It is a localized system that runs on both web and mobile applications that searches voters' information and status using the smartphone that aims to fasten the process of finding voter poll precincts, sequence numbers, and voter verification. The researchers made the clientele answer the software usability questionnaire and received good feedback. Therefore, based on the data, the researchers concluded that the system successfully performed its designed task.

For the teachers and the principal, performing the tasks set by the national and local IATF including manual getting of temperature, attendance, and sending notifications to parents is time-consuming and still, both the students and them face the risk of contracting the virus. Using the scrum framework of the agile methodology, the researchers conducted a series of interviews with the personnel in-charge to discuss the challenges experienced while performing these tasks. All the challenges were listed as user stories, given priority, and designed corresponding modules as solutions. Using raspberry pi, thermal sensors, Mobile System for Global Communication (GSM) modules, and a web application, the researchers designed an Internet of Things-based solution. The researchers presented the output to the principal and received a go signal for implementation. During the run of the implementation, the system performed well according to its design and received positive feedback from the teachers and the principal. However, as the needs of the real world change with time, it is recommended to do further research to further enhance the system whenever the real world demand.

Accordingly, some tourists are not counted because some of them failed to register on the logbooks or only the van driver or the tour guide's name is registered and only indicates the number of tourists. Tourism Application for Management and Inventory (TAppMI) tried to solve the gaps. With TAppMI, the tourists are counted fairly because they only have to tap their cards or souvenir items in every tourist destination. Without those, the entry of tourists is not allowed. This system is composed of RFID Cards or Souvenir Items with combine RFID, Microcontrollers, and a webserver. The proper accounting of reports is done in the main tourism office via a Webpage that features a one-stop dashboard that shows the logs from every tourist destination. This system ensures that every guest reaches their tourist destination based on their itinerary and can also be a tool in tracing them in case of distress. It also uses the Agile-Scrum methodology of software engineering that enables the researchers to deal with a task by breaking it into phases, including consistent effort with project stakeholders and constant development and iteration in every phase.

end of the OJT coordinators and the home institution. Some of the problems are checking the
attendance of the OJT validation and verification of students’ attendance, tracking the students’ real-
time OJT progress and generating up to date reports. It becomes even very alarming when the OJT
Coordinators lost track the students’ OJT progress. This study sought to investigate and implement a
solution using technology innovation mainly the internet of things to make checking of attendance and
monitoring of progress effective and convenient. Using the Agile: Scrum methodology of software
engineering, the researchers conducted a series of stakeholder’s meetings with the OJT coordinators
to collect user stories. After the collection, the researchers developed a schedule of activities, staffing,
hardware and software requirements in order to carry out all the tasks needed to deliver the fully
functional product. To keep track the progress of the project, the Scrum master conducted a daily
standup meeting with the team in order to express the points that might hinder the pace of the
development. The team leader also communicates daily with the clients to give them a comprehensive
update. Findings revealed that the current manual system used to check the OJT attendance and track
OJT progress which is prone to fraud and tampering which causes record irregularities. Thus, there is
a need to develop an internet of things based (IOT) based hardware and software application that
checks the attendance and view reports in real-time. By this means, frauds on attendances and records
were eliminated as the attendance system is secured.

The current system has the manual way of getting temperature of each individual; using hand sprays and washing of hands, the attendance using logbooks and biometrics are some of the fastest ways of transmitting virus that poses risks to the people. Thus, these gaps pushed the researchers to find an alternative way of carrying out things and lessen the risks. Safe Booth was developed as a platform composed of microcontrollers and electronic circuits that records the attendance, scans for temperature and disinfects the employees, students, dwellers, residents of the village, apartments, condos and etc. Likewise, it features a thermal camera, RFID / QR / for attendance, UVC disinfection, Buzzer, Web Portal that displays the profile and temperature, Real-time data monitoring via dashboard. With this, it will not eliminate the virus but at least it will help to prevent its spread. The researchers used the Agile: Scrum methodology of software engineering as a framework. Following the framework, the researchers sat down with the stakeholders and collected their concerns and listed it as user stories. The researchers then gave the user stories a schedule of activity and the corresponding module was created to create a solution to the existing problems. Along with this is the collection of resources and staffing. During the development, the team leader conducted daily standup meetings with the whole team and respondents to make sure the all the project deliverables are met and the project is at the right pace.

This system ensures that every guest reaches their ...

The drawback of the previous system is the difficulty of tracking the DTR and accomplishment reports as it records separate responses daily. However, DigiAtt features a mobile application that made DTR and Accomplishment Reports submission convenient to the employees and to the supervisors. The app collects both DTR and Accomplishment Reports before logging out, which helps the institution to monitor employee's performance. This also features a web application that contains dashboard for easy monitoring and printing of reports needed by the administration for the work from home arrangements. The researchers carried-out this using the Agile: Scrum methodology of software engineering which enables the team to break the user stories/tasks according to its priority, daily standup m...

The existing practice of manual testing uses a refractometer to check the salinity level device and pond thermometers for testing the water temperature of fish farm water environment. It needs extra effort and more workers to regularly monitor such as: opening and closing the gate valve to control the level of fresh and saltwater needed to become accurate 'brackish' water. On the contrary, this research wants to establish an IOT-Based project to attempt solving this existing problem. Hence, this may create a unique system to help monitor and maintain the salinity, temperature and water level using the sensors that triggers the relay switches to automatically open or close the gate valves and operate the motors depending on the parameter's desirable range values that the sensors passed. The sensors and motors also monitor the pond environment between air and water for sufficient increase of oxygen concentration in farm water environment. Likewise, this new IOT-based monitoring system specifically uses Raspberry PI 3B+, Wemos Wireless Microcontroller, Sensors (for water level, conductivity, temperature, toxic gases) and Relay Switches, Equipment (i.e. paddle wheel aerator, water pump and pipe valve), Computer and Mobile Phone, Long Range access point/Point to Point network to cover the entire fish farming areas for wide ranges wireless connectivity, and USB modem which sends SMS messages to keep the management updated with the current water behavior in the farm.

end of the OJT coordinators and the home institution.
