1 Shipping information
We ship your order with parcel service providers such as UPS, DHL, Fedex or a similar logistics company.
1.1 Shipping zones
The shipping costs are calculated based on the zoning in the following table:

If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an email sales@miyo.garden and please tell us the items with quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

1.3 Shipping of garden hoses
Garden hoses are only shipped to zones 1 and 2. There is a surcharge of €10 on shipping costs.
