Reason(s): During the competition in the Georgian Wikipedia, it became clear that some users use more than one profile. Specifically, it became clear that the user HawardRoark is the same user UndDerDie. Moreover, after I told him on his talk page about this, he himself does not deny this fact. Locally determined that a check might be warranted as behaviour might not be so close to call a duck. Also, if possible a sleeper check will be appreciated. Reason(s): These users have come since September and last edit on Yesterday (December 11). They inserted the Wikiproject templates into various pages which bear no relation to that Wikiproject or inserted the {{*}} ( * represents the English alphabet) in their sandbox or articles's talk page without apparent reason. Some users inserted false information into various pages. In addition, these users have the same pattern of the name of these users follow the "* ^". Done - best option here is to block socks based on behavioural evidence as they appear. I did check some of the accounts, and found that the range they are using is large and widely used. Reason(s): There really isn't an active community nor are there any policies pertaining to anything. There are no local tool holders but in the last month/month and a half there have been nearly 1000 registrations of what appears to be Avoided socks, as well as on cs wiki. I realize this isn't a normal request but the sheer number of registrations (between spambots and likely avoided socks) really leaves me in a bind as it would be far too cumbersome to list them all. See here, specifically the german names. The only active users are basically global editors and not local, all but 2 (and one is a single edit on any project.) CheckUser is not for fishing. Having multiple accounts is not prohibited per policy unless they're used abusively. I see none of the accounts are blocked, and the justification provided is to merely know if the accounts are related. Similar edits on same articles could be a reason if the accounts are being used for edit warring, or avoiding the 3RR rule, etc.

I aware of policy & this is not first time I request to do Checkuser. Have a look on my previous successful requests. 3RR rule is not applicable in ta.wiki. Therefore, I cannot take action by using 3RR. But the users engaged in edit war in same & uploaded similar files at Commons. I request here based on Ta.wiki policy. I am just trying to understand your request. Your request, as originally posted, didn't had, to me, enough information based on CheckUser policy, the only policy that governs the usage of the CU tool. Now you have provided aditional infos such as the users might have participated in edit wars which can be a valid reason to run a check.
