How much does it cost to migrate to Memberful?

We’ll help you migrate your members to Memberful from start to finish, at no extra cost.

Will my members payments be disrupted?

Payments will continue running as usual, without interruption.

How long will the migration take?

Book your migration 3-5 days ahead of time. The migration itself will take 1-2 hours (depending on the size of your member list).

Can you migrate members from my current system?

If you’re integrated with a system that uses Stripe Subscriptions (like MemberPress, MemberSpace, or Hype, formerly Pico) we can import your members and their subscriptions directly from your Stripe account.

If you’re integrated with a system that uses Stripe, but not Stripe Subscriptions (like WooCommerce and MemberMouse), you’ll prepare and generate an export from your old membership system and format it so it can be imported to Memberful.

If you’re using a payment processor other than Stripe, we can guide you on how to move your existing customer credit cards to Stripe or import your members without payment details.

What kind of support do you offer post-migration?
