Yes I have watched some of Kobayashi, but I stopped cause I got bored of waiting for new episodes to come out, lol. I’ve been rewatching Higurashi, lately.

I’ve recently adjusted my commission prices after a lot of people told me I undersell my stuff.. But that’s because I want to be able to still be affordable to my customer base (hi, customer base, you’re all my friends and followers, lol)

Sketch - $12
With flat colours - $16
Shading (depending on how detailed it is) - ranges from +5 - +10
BG - flat colour/patterned - free
BG - actual background - +$10

Pics can come with and without the white outline. Usually when I do commission pieces I try and stream so I can interact with the commissioner as I’m working on it.

I didn’t raise my prices too much, but I hope that people can still afford something if they want, lol.

Yeah I had a feeling but I also want to be affordable, and I guess I still have stigma against making the prices higher. I do go all out for commissions though considering I’m getting fucking paid for them.

Not sure how I feel about NSFW, I guess it depends on what is wanted? I mean, most everyone knows I’m not the best at NSFW stuff (dabbled in it a bit but not the best lol) so it might be extra?

Hey hey! Yes, commissions are open! They’ve always been open but I’ve been debating about prices, cause everyone’s told me I undersell my art

Sketchy pic (above) - $7AUD (lines aren’t closed, kind of messy. I draw a draft before sketching it out like above)

Lineart only (closed lines, not as messy) - $12AUD

Coloured pic - $17AUD

Shaded pic - $22AUD

Simple background - +$3AUD (plain colour/gradient/etc)
Complex background - +$5AUD

Extra character +$7AUD
Complex characters may cost extra, please talk to me about what you would like done.

I try and stream while I do commission work so I can fix things as they come up as per the client, but if not I send play-by-play pictures so people can tell me what needs to be fixed up (draft/lineart/colours/clothes/bg etc)

White outline on pictures are optional.

I hope these prices are okay. I upped them a little from the last lot of commission prices.

Maybe it’s my paranoid mind, or my artist-denial, but I just..

I just don’t want to overcharge and spend a lot of time on something (I usually work my butt off for every commission I’ve done) when I just literally hope they enjoy it. It’s worse when I feel I could have done better at it after I’d drawn it (and I’m sure many artists will understand where I’m coming from).

Originally I was going to make it a set-your-own-price thing, but realised I’d be losing money that way. Hell, I haven’t had that many commissions anyway as my commission sheet isn’t as great as others, and I really need to make a new one (I’d actually love to hear suggestions to use for it from you guys, if you wouldn’t mind?) so people are aware I do commissions.

Artists need feedback in order to improve, and I think I need a lotta help sorting out my commissions/pieces/prices. I’d love to hear suggestions from you guys on what pieces I should use for the commission sheet, what you think roughly the price should be (maybe I could do a poll? idk), any suggestions would be great :’)
