Brad Dourif is really great in this. I wish it clicked with me more overall but it’s still really good. The stuff with Enoch wanting to meet the ape was so funny

I know it’s basically hack to say this at this point but goddamn we used to make real fuckin’ movies at one point, huh? You could never make this today, these days audiences would be too afraid from seeing Paul Bettany strum his cello like a guitar.
