Every working student should investigate their time management to improve their performance both at work and in academics. The purposive random sampling was applied in finding out their time management. There are forty-three males and fifty-eight females among the respondents in this survey. The descriptive research approach for this study was developed from Wayne State University’s Time Management Questionnaire. The study’s findings revealed that male working students have slightly more stressful time management than female working students, and that organized time management is never declared by any of the male working students, whereas some of their female counterparts have declared that they have organized time management. Finally, it is stated in this study that male and female time management is different.

With this dilemma, it would certainly be a great challenge to teach technical and hands-on subjects as face-to-face teaching is prohibited. The study of electric circuits, for instance, which requires some technical skill, appears to be difficult and challenging not just for electronics technology students but also to the instructors handling such course. In order to adapt to these changes brought by the pandemic, Tagoloan Community College (TCC) has implemented the modular delivery of learning through which encoded, scanned, or printed copies of the learning contents are delivered to the students. Nevertheless, the College of Engineering Technology (CET) has complied to this modality. Unfortunately, electronics technology students enrolled in Circuits course show their dismay into how they successfully apply the theories presented in the modules. Consequently, teachers are expected to use interventions when their students encounter difficulties in learning electric circuits. Having observed this problem in modular learning, the researchers decided to conduct a study which involves the use of mobile simulation app-the EveryCircuit/iCircuit. This simulation app is an open access which is designed to cover basic information of the types of circuits and practical exercises on electric circuits. This study focuses on the effect of using the simulation app on the procedural knowledge of students. To determine the effect of the simulation app on the students' performance in electric circuits, an experimental research using the single group pretest-posttest design was utilized in this study. It was conducted in a week in the researchers' class. The participants consisted of forty (40) First Year BSET-ET students enrolled at TCC during the second semester school year 2020-2021, which were randomly selected using simple random sampling technique. It was then equally divided into two groups: (1) control group who received the pure modular learning approach and (2) experimental/treatment group who received the simulation app learning approach. The first activity was the administration of the 40-item pretest, crafted and evaluated by skilled and experienced Electric Circuit instructors/engineers. At the end of the intervention, the posttest was administered, and grades were recorded. Data collected were analyzed using One-Way ANOVA, run through MS Excel-Data Analysis. Results of the study showed that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores of the students in favor of the posttest [P-value = 0.02121, < 0.05]. As shown by the Tukey Pairwise Comparisons and Boxplot Graphical Representation run using the MiniTab 17 Statistical Software, the pretest mean score of 0.25 which has increased as shown in the mean posttest score (1.45) of the students implies that the use of mobile simulation app may have played a significant role in enhancing students' procedural knowledge. Hence, the researcher recommends the use of any other simulation app not only in electric circuits but also to other topics or even to the other disciplines, when applicable. It is also recommended that the design, model, and type of the simulation app be modified in order to sustain the students' interest.
