Buddhismus Tibetanus, vel Lamaismus,[1] est corpus dogmatis religiosi et institutionum Buddhismi proprium Tibetani, Mongoliani, Tuvani, Bhutani, Calmucci, Buriati, et certarum regionum Himalayarum, inter quas Nepalia septentrionalis et India (praecipue in Arunachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Dharamsala, Lahaul et Spiti districtus in Himachal Pradesh et Sikkim). Quod est religio civitatis Bhutaniae.[2] Etiam exercetur in Mongolia et regionibus Russiae (Calmucciae, Buriatiae, Tuvae) et Sinarum Boreorienalium.
