Thailandia[1] (Thai ประเทศไทย, Prathet Thai 'regnum Thaiorum'), olim Siamum[2] (สยาม[3][4]), et rite Regnum Thailandiae, est civitas sui iuris in media Indosinensi Asiae austro-orientalis paeninsula sita, 513 120 chiliometra quadrata comprehendens, cui anno 2015 erant 67 959 000 civium.[5] A Birmania Laotiaque septentrionalibus, a Laotia Cambosiaque oriente, a Sinu Siamensi Malaesiaque meridie, atque a Mari Andamanensi Birmaniaque occidente finitur. Thailandia etiam fines maritimos cum Vietnamia meridie et oriente et cum Indonesia Indiaque meridie et occidente habet. Rectio civilis nonnullas interceptiones dictaturasque militares passa est. Ex enno 2019, Thailandia nomine est parliamentaria monarchia constitutionalis; loci autem opportunitatis in constitutione potestatem militare confirmant.[6] Caput et maxima urbs est Bancocum.

Cito autem Taksin, dux magnus, terras Siamenses iterum coniungens, Regnum Thonburiense constituit, sed ipso capto supplicioque anno 1782 affecto, Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke regnum excepit, primus monarcha domus Siacriensis hodierni.
Inter magnas urbes praeter Bancocum numerantur Nonthaburi, Pak Kret, Nakhon Ratchasima, Hat Yai, Udon Thani, Phitsanulok.
In recentissima regiminis interceptione anno 2014, civitas a Concilio nationali pro pace et ordine subversa est.
