Sijan Devkota
Sijan Devkota graduated in Chemical Engineering in 2019 from Kathmandu University (KU), Dhulikhel, Nepal. He worked as a Teaching Assistant from 2019 to 2021 at Kathmandu University. After that, he completed his Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Chungbuk National University (CBNU), South Korea in 2023. He performed his MS research on process design, optimization, techno-economic, and environmental assessment of ammonia decomposition to produce onsite green Hydrogen. Currently, he is a Graduate Researcher at the Process Engineering Lab (PEL) of Chungbuk National University, where he is conducting research on the development and optimization of dynamic processes such as Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA) and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) for Hydrogen purification from coal gas.
His personal research activities and consulting expertise focus on energy and environmental applications, including low emissions technology, pollution abatement, energy systems evaluation, energy storage, and carbon capture and hydrogen energy technology.
