Scale it down!
Scale It Down! is a painting & 3d sculpting game where you are challenged to recreate some artworks at lower resolution. After doing so, your work is rated on a 0 to 10 scale. Get 4 or more stars to go to the following challenge.
Story
You have just been hired as an intern at Big Games Inc. Your task is to scale down some 2d textures and 3d models while keeping it essentially the same. Make sure to pass QA or your submission will be rejected.
Controls: 2d drawings
- Left mouse click: paint color
- Ctrl + left mouse click: fill color
- Right mouse click: erase color
- Middle mouse click: sample color
- ESC: pause menu to reset or leave the current game
Controls: 3d sculpting
- Left mouse click: add cube
- Right mouse click: erase cube
- Left mouse drag: rotate model
- Scroll wheel: zoom in/out
- Side UI buttons: pan camera
- ESC: pause menu to reset or leave the current game
About the game
Scale It Down! is a Godot 4.3 engine development for the GMTK Game Jame 2024. Developed in 4 days for the theme "Built to Scale"
All design and programming was made as a solodev by Jynus. Full code available on Github under AGPL 3.0 license. Other tools used: Gimp, Audacity, Blender.
Sound effects and music by Epidemic Sound.

Thank you. :-) Although I was somewhat good, and you can use the middle button to "clone" a color from a large pixel.
