Bubuk rempah-rempah lima ( Chinese ) yaiku salah sawijining jinis campuran rempah - rempah saka lima utawa luwih rempah-rempah sing digunakake biasane ing meh kabeh cabang masakan Cina lan masakan Vietnam . [1] Lima rempah-rempah (manis, pait, kecut, asin, lan tajam) nuduhake limang unsur tradisional Tionghoa. [2]

Resep-resep kang liyane bisa uga ngemot wiji anise, oyod jahe, pala, kunir, polong amomum villosum ( shārén砂仁), Amomum cardamomum pols ( báidòukòu白豆蔻), licorice, kulit jeruk Mandarin utawa galangal .
