Classroom environment could involve various elements, from behaviors and personality to resource availability. This study explores to understand who develops the classroom environment. For this study, a qualitative design was applied. Open-ended interview techniques were conducted. Open interview questions were distributed to teachers and students of various departments, of both bachelor's and master's degrees. Altogether 18 respondents participated in this study and shared their opinion on classroom environment and their level of motivation. Coded data was triangulated for analysis, and the crystallization method was applied for giving additional meaning to the analyzed data. The results suggest that classroom environment increase the motivational level in the teachers and thus create a harmonious culture and climate within the classroom environment (Rajbhandari et al., 2017).

Social responsibility transforms lives through social inclusions. Social inclusion is initiated i... more Social responsibility transforms lives through social inclusions. Social inclusion is initiated in different
foundations to modify behaviour and transform social lives. This transformation can be highly visible within the
deprived groups, who are aloof from the quality and sophisticated modern technologies. One of the transformations
through Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) is partnering in education. Within this educational partnering for
social inclusion, St. Xavier’s College (SXC) as a host organization has initiated a programme for the deprived group
who are distant from modern facilities. The foundational programme for social educational partnering is the
Partnership in Education (PiE). The PiE programme is a multi-dimensional educative project that is designed for the
benefit of students. This study explored the transformation of students in behaviour, personality, academics, and
overall development, and enhancement of ability through becoming socially responsible further leading to quality
educational lives. Within the qualitative research design, the interview was applied. Data triangulation was used for
analysis. The respondents for this study were PiE supervisor, counselor, volunteers, coordinators, and students.
Altogether, interviews were conducted with eight respondents. The findings suggest that PiE can transform lives of the
underprivileged students. The introduction of modern technologies to support quality education during the PiE has
enabled the students to develop additional knowledge through the use and applicability of digitalization in education.
PiE students’ level of confidence has positive growth- reflecting their personality change. It has been found that
students’ behavioural transformation is visible in PiE. The volunteers who support the PiE programme have been
developing their personalities through self-confidence and leadership skills. PiE has contributed towards social
transformations by becoming institutionally responsible for the holistic development of students. The PiE programme
is gaining its ground to benefit deprived students through this academic collaboration. Learning a new and skillful
lesson from PiE has encouraged the students to boost their interest in particular subject areas. The benefits from the
PiE are not limited alone to traditional education. The findings suggest that partnership between host organizations and
the collaborating schools can strengthen the transformation growth in students who are deprived of modern and quality
educational activities.

Digitalization has become a sophisticated medium of daily activities in recent days. The issue wi... more Digitalization has become a sophisticated medium of daily activities in recent days. The issue with
digitalization has created an avenue of debatable topic between ethics versus profit. Although digitalization
is making life easier, it is also simultaneously manipulating peoples mind towards profit maximization
objective rather that becoming socially responsible considering the ethical practices. This study explore
whether technology is manipulating human behavior and is ethical practices being applied. Interview
technique was applied to collect data. Altogether 10 respondents were interviewed among these, 5 were the
developers and 5 were the users. Coding was applied and data triangulation method was used for analysis.
The results suggest that there are multiple ways to attract and divert peoples mind through internet web
designing that developers invent to manipulate the viewers. Artificial intelligence and Internet technologies
have developed a method of deep faking to manipulate people’s minds. The findings suggest that
manipulative features are added for pursuing people’s behaviours. These manipulative features forcibly
attract the users to unknowingly use the application program even if the users do not wish to. Most
developers feels that ethical practices need to be maintained towards safeguarding the privacy of people and
information, however, the practice of designing triggers towards manipulation. Manipulation of peoples
mind are programmed and designed by managerial implicative objective of organization to gain more profit
over offering ethical practices.

Stress management has become an important aspect for managing people in an organization. Employee... more Stress management has become an important aspect for managing people in an organization. Employee’s stress can create distortion behaviors, and this distortive behavior can be transferred to others, thus hampering organizational productivity. Managing people through managing stress is now a concern for every organization. The purpose of this study is to explore how an organization manages people through managing organizational stress in Nepali organizations. This study is qualitatively designed. Interview technique was applied. Four respondents participated in this explorative study from different Nepali organizations. The data were analyzed by applying the data triangulation analysis method. The findings suggest that well-being and wellness was addressed toward stress management. It was also found that inappropriate managerial styles can generate stress amongst employees. The findings suggest that most organization’s focus on managing people at the initial stage of recruitment and selection process. Managing people through managing stress can have various managerial implicational approaches. Organizations are more focused on job-related aspects to achieve the organizational common goals. An individual’s personal goal is closely attached to their organizational lives and not meeting such personal goals can have both sensitivity and responsiveness relations toward motivation, thus productivity of an employee’s decreases. Stress frees people in an organization posturing with good health, heart, head, and hands, eventually benefiting the organization in the long run. This also supports in managing people efficiently.

This paper explores the initiatives of rural entrepreneurship and the reason why rural entreprene... more This paper explores the initiatives of rural entrepreneurship and the reason why rural entrepreneurs are taking initiatives as rural Small Medium Enterprises (SME) entrepreneurs. Cultural and geographical diversity in Nepal has shaped ways, aimed at instigating most for the sustainability of livelihood, for which the people in rural areas practice in inherited professions passed down to them from their ancestors. These inherited professions have likely led into SME entrepreneurship by producing items that were basically meant for daily uses earlier. These items have a different value now and are produced as decorative handicraft products. The SME’s are contributing to the national economy and the SME’s entrepreneurs are driven by economic concerns. Interviews were conducted with six rural SME entrepreneurs in Lamjung. The tape-recorded interviews were translated and transcribed for reliability and validation. Coding was applied for data analysis giving meaning to the data. The major finding of this study was that the rural SME entrepreneurs were not subsidized and supported by any organization. The SME rural entrepreneurs were to remain self-employed and self-owning their enterprises. The initiative for rural SME entrepreneurship was backed up by the felt necessity for livelihood sustainability. The initiative for rural SME entrepreneurship was the motive of self-sufficiency to increase their living standard, driven by the cause and effect relations of the needs and wants principle.

Managing organizational crisis requires both leadership and management. While organizational
perf... more Managing organizational crisis requires both leadership and management. While organizational
performances, production, productivity and profitability are concerned, both managerial techniques and
organizational leadership are desired to effectively manage and interconnect the organizational available
resources for the decision making process. Managing a crisis requires attention from leaders and managers
for resolving the immediate issue arising from the internal and external organizational environment. In doing
so, Factor of Organizational Productivity (FOP) which includes a Leader, Followers and Context need to be
incorporated with the existing available resources to manage the crisis. The quantitative methodology was
applied to conduct this study. A questionnaire was developed and pilot-tested before collecting data from the
participants. Small entrepreneurial industries were selected for this study. Data were collected from 100
participants. The data were further processed for analysis through SPSS analytical software to find the
correlation between various variables that were attached to the concept of this study. The findings suggest
that organizational performances, production, productivity and profitability are not significantly correlated
within the organizational setting and between the functional departments which showed r = - 0.469 analyzed,
shown from the organizational training and development activities. The results suggest that leadership
autocratic style is stronger in the organization within the followers (employees) focused parameters. The
findings also suggest that leader’s productivity is negatively correlated r = - 0.043. It was found that
production and performances are interconnected. The results analyses show that effective time management
and employees managing their time are negatively correlated. However, managing people’s ability of the
organizational leader is positive r = 0.171. In addition, it was found that managing crisis ability with relation
to crisis management is negatively correlated with r = - 0.213.

The purpose of this study was to explore the dominant leadership styles among the four traditiona... more The purpose of this study was to explore the dominant leadership styles among the four traditional leadership styles: 1) Autocratic, 2) Bureaucratic, 3) Democratic and 4) Laissez-Faire/Free rein/Abdicratic. Within these four traditional leadership styles, this study attempts to explore the dominant leadership styles using the theory of multi-flex leadership styles blends. A conceptual theoretical construction amongst the leadership styles was correlated to categories associated with multi-flex leadership styles. This approach allowed for the four traditional leadership styles to be investigated more thoroughly. These findings that resulted from this exploration highlight how the six multi-flex leadership styles blend with traditional leadership styles. Moreover, blending three or more leadership styles produces lesser multi-flex leadership styles that can be associated with more dominant approaches to leadership styles. Dominant leadership styles were predetermined by the context, followership domain and the leader. Any two leadership styles can generate multi-flex leadership styles (higher applicability of one styles and lesser to another or vice versa). Thus, the leadership applicability of these styles generate twelve sets of multi-flex leadership styles. Not all of these leadership multiflex blends can produce reliable information about contextual settings or the ollowership domain. Therefore, the appropriateness of leadership blend is a pivotal area that a leader must be aware of in order to understand both the demand from the context, the followership needs and the capability to integrate one dominant style with another. Multi-flex style blend can even be more essential during a crisis. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, which instigated the need for change, there was a need for a change in leadership styles. The higher applicability of any one leadership style with one that is less applicable can be considered a dominant leadership style. Thus, a higher applicability of any one leadership style using the multi-flex blend approach may be considered a dominant leadership style.

Attitudinal and Behavioural Commitment can have high impact on achievement of academic goals; it ... more Attitudinal and Behavioural Commitment can have high impact on achievement of academic goals; it must be present in supervisors and the students. In this study, an experiential learning research was conducted to find the nurturing of Open Source Understanding (OSU) through the preconditioned nature of Close Source Understanding (CSU) that enables to enhance the students' level of commitment. Qualitative method was applied through open interview structured questions at two levels prior to the completion and post completion of report writings. Respondents were ten students and constant supervisions were carried out. Crystallization and triangulation analysis method were performed to analyse and interpret the data and giving meaning to it. Theoretical construction were designed with commitment theories and reflections of personality and styles/approaches were verified to arrive at this experiential learning study conducted at the St. Xavier's College, with Bachelor's Degree students. The findings suggest that commitment level changes are like the personality that changes in any adult. The results suggest that commitment can be nurtured but have the attributes of personality and styles. Among these two commitment OSU and CSU in students, CSU is grounded in behavioural attributes and directly connected to personality and has high flexibility stretch, whereas OSU is a mind-setting attribute which is time-bound and can be nurtured and can remain consistent. This creates a vibration between their attitudinal and behavioural commitments, which is the pivotal to enhance the Collision of Acceptance (CoA). Alike psychological paradigm, the personality can also have an immense impact on shaping their commitment level, which can be understood by the Collision of Ignorance (CoI) stage.

The study attempt to explore the changing behavior of IDUs from the education received from the rehabilitation center which contributes to reduce the prevalence of HIV among IDUs. The data were collected through semi structured interview. The key respondents were IDUs turned into becoming trainers. Constructivism philosophical view was considered with taking regards of cognitive learning process and conditions. The result of the study explored sixty percent as success rate and forty percent of failure rate among one hundred drugs users in the rehabilitation. The success rates also have the reoccurrence of rehabilitation. However, education provided by the rehabilitation center is specifically focused in control of drugs and rehabilitating the drug users, which signify the lack of sexuality education.

Partnership in Education (PiE). The PiE programme is a multi-dimensional educative project that is designed for the
benefit of students. This study explored the transformation of students in behaviour, personality, academics, and
overall development, and enhancement of ability through becoming socially responsible further leading to quality
educational lives. Within the qualitative research design, the interview was applied. Data triangulation was used for
analysis. The respondents for this study were PiE supervisor, counselor, volunteers, coordinators, and students.
Altogether, interviews were conducted with eight respondents. The findings suggest that PiE can transform lives of the
underprivileged students. The introduction of modern technologies to support quality education during the PiE has
enabled the students to develop additional knowledge through the use and applicability of digitalization in education.
PiE students’ level of confidence has positive growth- reflecting their personality change. It has been found that
students’ behavioural transformation is visible in PiE. The volunteers who support the PiE programme have been
developing their personalities through self-confidence and leadership skills. PiE has contributed towards social
transformations by becoming institutionally responsible for the holistic development of students. The PiE programme
is gaining its ground to benefit deprived students through this academic collaboration. Learning a new and skillful
lesson from PiE has encouraged the students to boost their interest in particular subject areas. The benefits from the
PiE are not limited alone to traditional education. The findings suggest that partnership between host organizations and
the collaborating schools can strengthen the transformation growth in students who are deprived of modern and quality
educational activities.

digitalization has created an avenue of debatable topic between ethics versus profit. Although digitalization
is making life easier, it is also simultaneously manipulating peoples mind towards profit maximization
objective rather that becoming socially responsible considering the ethical practices. This study explore
whether technology is manipulating human behavior and is ethical practices being applied. Interview
technique was applied to collect data. Altogether 10 respondents were interviewed among these, 5 were the
developers and 5 were the users. Coding was applied and data triangulation method was used for analysis.
The results suggest that there are multiple ways to attract and divert peoples mind through internet web
designing that developers invent to manipulate the viewers. Artificial intelligence and Internet technologies
have developed a method of deep faking to manipulate people’s minds. The findings suggest that
manipulative features are added for pursuing people’s behaviours. These manipulative features forcibly
attract the users to unknowingly use the application program even if the users do not wish to. Most
developers feels that ethical practices need to be maintained towards safeguarding the privacy of people and
information, however, the practice of designing triggers towards manipulation. Manipulation of peoples
mind are programmed and designed by managerial implicative objective of organization to gain more profit
over offering ethical practices.

for resolving the immediate issue arising from the internal and external organizational environment. In doing
so, Factor of Organizational Productivity (FOP) which includes a Leader, Followers and Context need to be
incorporated with the existing available resources to manage the crisis. The quantitative methodology was
applied to conduct this study. A questionnaire was developed and pilot-tested before collecting data from the
participants. Small entrepreneurial industries were selected for this study. Data were collected from 100
participants. The data were further processed for analysis through SPSS analytical software to find the
correlation between various variables that were attached to the concept of this study. The findings suggest
that organizational performances, production, productivity and profitability are not significantly correlated
within the organizational setting and between the functional departments which showed r = - 0.469 analyzed,
shown from the organizational training and development activities. The results suggest that leadership
autocratic style is stronger in the organization within the followers (employees) focused parameters. The
findings also suggest that leader’s productivity is negatively correlated r = - 0.043. It was found that
production and performances are interconnected. The results analyses show that effective time management
and employees managing their time are negatively correlated. However, managing people’s ability of the
organizational leader is positive r = 0.171. In addition, it was found that managing crisis ability with relation
to crisis management is negatively correlated with r = - 0.213.
