Yeah maybe give the rules another read! And pay close attention to what the enemy is doing, I suspect that the enemy attacked you with 2 White, which would have canceled out your 2 Blue and left you with nothing?

This is the best game I've ever played. It's not just a game, it's a life-changing experience

Thank you for the points of criticism! Super helpful :)

Thanks for the feedback! HAHA sorry about the music 😂

Thank you! Oo fun idea!

Hahaha thank you!

Great feedback, thank you! Lol oh wow that's so troll, apologies for that!

Ah so elegant! Very nice :)

Haha great minds think alike, I also made a cameraman game so it's super cool to see your take on it! I think using the mouse to point the camera is a cool idea which never crossed my mind. Love it!

I love Push the Cat. Is he related to Pusheen the cat

Great game! I used to love these kinds of tycoon games, and I think this fits the theme excellently.

Great game, this is super unique! It took me a little while to figure out the objective but once I did, I had a lot of fun with it. I was impressed by the score calculation, I'm curious how you did that!

Agreed! Thanks for the honest feedback friend :)

indeed 😂!

That's so cool! Such a nice touch for a game jam :)

Cool game! Challenging haha. What does the cloud score mean? Is it like the highest score among all players?

THANK YOU BANANA FRIEND

Thank you for the lovely comment! I'm glad it felt fun :D

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback!! Haha thank you, getting the cube to play on its own was a proud moment for me and the central technical challenge of this jam so that makes my heart feel even warmer! Best of luck to you as well Mr. PaulPlay :)

Very cool mechanic! The only issue I found was that if you collect an orb then jump while the water level is still coming up, you can get more height than I think is intended, messing with the clever puzzle-y bits of the game. Otherwise though I really enjoyed this!

Really cool mechanic! I'm typically not the biggest fans of these types of games because I often find that the best strategy is to run and spam bullets, but this idea solves both of those problems! It makes the game interesting– I enjoyed it quite a lot!

One thing about the mechanic that I noticed is that I felt disincentivized to shoot from long range. I think the close-range shots make for exciting gameplay, but I wish there was some kind of reward for sniping someone from across the screen! Maybe doing so could spawn an extra bullet for you?

Great game overall :D

Haha thank you! I'm glad it was fun despite the difficulty, will consider ways to make it more forgiving!

Thank you for the review! That's helpful to know, I will work on that UI so that it is more intuitive!

Thank you! Oh yes I have played Heave Ho, it was certainly helpful inspiration for me!

And gotcha that is a great idea, to better distinguish the arms. Thanks for the review, I'll check yours out rn!

:)

HAHA thank you 😂 That's super helpful actually, a better control scheme for non-mouse users is a fantastic idea!

Abd yes, Figma is the love of my life

Haha thank you so much! I like the drawings too :D

Thank you for the feedback! This is super helpful, appreciate it :)

Thank you! Mm yes the wiggliness is equal parts hilarious as it is frustrating, I will definitely want to tune it in the future.

Haha thank you, yes at times laziness produces creative solutions, doesn't it?

Appreciate the feedback Falcon friendo!

Thank you so much! This is helpful :)

Thank you Onetaps! I'm glad you found it to be a novel experience :)

Thank you for playing! Aw this warms my heart, I'm glad the learning curve was okay for you! Hope you have an excellent day :)

Thanks Toad person! Haha yes climbing is the best, isn't it? Thanks for the kind feedback, will definitely continue to develop art in this direction and adjust the movement accordingly!

Thank you friend!

Haha thank you! I think you are right, very very slippery! Definitely something I will keep in mind when polishing things going forward

Aw thank you so much! This is so encouraging, I am going to print this out and stick it on my wall so I can read it whenever I'm feeling down 🤓

Thank you! Ah that's super insightful feedback– the WASD hand placement never crossed my mind. Much appreciated!

Absolutely amazing!

Amazing visuals! I'm obsessed with the whip animation; it is so well done! It reads well, it's responsive, and it's satisfying. My only visual feedback is that it felt a bit dark? Which feels like a dumb thing to say because it's night time but for some reason I felt like the darkness was a bit difficult on my eyes!

I also realized afterwards that I never used the shop. I think because it's a time rush, I didn't think to check. It's a shame because the shop seems like a cool addition to the game!

Overall though I thought this game was great. I think you got so many of the little details just right– polished is definitely the appropriate word!

Great game! I'm really curious how you went about creating the curves, is that something baked into Unity or was that custom? I admire that you challenged yourself to learn through this project, it seems like it was extremely successful in that regard!
