It took me a while to get what I was doing, but once I figured it out, it became a very satisfying game to play! Loved the art and SFX :)

First Pico-8 game I played in this jam, so that was very fun to see. The presentation is minimalistic, but all the more satisfying. My hands are tight now.

Super impressive that you managed to make a sandbox builder in 48 hours AND found the time to make it cute!

The controls were a tiny bit tough to get a handle on, but once you get it, you're drawn in by the charming presentation, relaxing music, and very interesting physics-based puzzle solving !

Very appropriate presentation for the subject matter. The mechanic requires not just countering, but correctly reading your opponent, or even putting yourself at risk on purpose to win. Good execution!

Really cool aesthetic - a very good take on the "you play as the final boss" idea, and I like that you can add components to your attacks.

The mechanic is both easy to understand and quite deep on repeated gameplay, which I really appreciated, especially with how you both have "good" and "bad" cards, and how the "bad" cards can be used against each other with good planning. If you ever make this a full game with even more cards, I'd love to check it out!

Very creative take on the theme! I found it a bit hard to know what to judge, but it was fun seeing the outcomes of getting caught by either side!

It's a short, but really well polished game with a simple mechanic that gets pretty tough towards the end. Great fun!

Controlling the level is a solid concept that's easy to grasp for new players, and throwing in new environmental items you can mess with/that can mess with the player adds extra depth that others might have missed. With a little extra polish, this could be a very pick up and play game!

Short, but really well put-together experience. I applaud the restraint on scoping, and it clearly paid dividends in the game's presentation.

Very cute art style! The physics are a bit hard to take control of, but it introduces some fun/strange little moments during gameplay, and death is unobtrusive enough that dying to the physics made me chuckle.

Great work! Just like its inspiration, it's easy enough to understand, but my brain is fried try to master it. I'll definitely be coming back to that one in the next few day!

I had to tear myself from this one. Not only was it nice seeing someone else's take on the "fast cleaning" idea we also had, but the game feels great to play and the gameplay loop is very addictive in the way that games that require skill are.

The core concept is clever and easy to grasp, but then the game throws you in for a loop with those bugs you have to use the snake to get rid of. It had me "dash-dancing" to avoid bullets and snakes alike multiple times. Great stuff!

Great presentation dripping with game feel. It looks like a shipping-ready product that took ages to make. Like others have said, a tutorial would've been nice, but once I saw the controls on the game's page, they were fairly easy to understand. They were nicely responsive, though, and being able to keep them all in one place is appreciated.

Lovely game, the core concept is  easy to understand and you did a good job fleshing it out !
